Mike, Violet E. age 91, of Fridley. Beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, always proud of her family and Finnish heritage. Preceded in death by husband of 69 years, Joseph; son, Jerry; granddaughter, Jennifer; parents, 1 sister and 4 brothers. Survived by children, Carol (Denis) Boyd, John (Susan) Mike, Cathy (Steven) Paquay; grandchildren, Alan (Kimberly), Thomas (Duana), Melanie (Dean), Sandra (Michael), Jeffrey (Ranya), Sara (Ryan), Lindsay (David), Jessica (Douglas), Michael (Debra); 11 great-grandchildren; other relatives & friends. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, 11 AM, with visitation one hour prior at the Church of St. William, 6120 5th St. NE, Fridley. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Sharing & Caring Hands of Mpls. A special thank you to the caregivers of White Pine and Sunrise Assisted Living as well as St. Croix Hospice for their loving and tender care of our mother.
