Veronica Morgel

Veronica Morgel, (Ostendorf), age 95, of Minneapolis. Born: May, 11, 1922 in St Francis, MN (Stearns Co.). Found peace and tranquility on July 14, 2017. Vern was humorous, loved to dance, play slots, generous and compassionate who brought smiles to all. Survived by daughter, Kathy Mills; sons, Robert Morgal & Kevin Morgel; 4 granddaughters; 4 great-grandchildren; brother Larry (Phyllis) Ostendorf. Former resident of NE Minneapolis, proprietor of Morgel’s Polka Dot Grocery, retired from Honeywell and frequently appeared on Polka Spotlight. Join family in celebrating her life from 2 -5 pm on Sunday August 6, 2017, at Fridley American Legion, 7365 Central Ave. Please no flowers.
