Urban Grausam

Grausam, Urban H, Age 86 of Fridley, Minnesota died peacefully at his home on November 6, surrounded by family and friends. He is survived by his loving daughters Marian Calabrese and Suzanne Thurler (Greg); grandson Steven (Lee) , grandson Anthony; sister-in-law Eunice Norlin, his special caregiver; Peggy McGraw; his best friend, Victor Pogatchnik, Jr.; his best buddy, Owen along with many dear friends and relatives. Urban served in the Korean War from 1950-1952. He spent his entire career as a carpenter building many homes, apartments and restaurants. He took pride in his work. He was a loving and caring father and will be greatly missed. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Martha on January 2, 2013, his parents, John & Catherine; sister, Marcelita Derreberry and brother Donald. Funeral Services 11:00 Tuesday, Nov. 11th at St. Williams Catholic Church, 6120 5th Street NE, Fridley, MN. Visitation 2 hr prior to the service at the church. Interment Ft. Snelling Nat'l Cemetery.
