Trevor Robinson

March 13, 1992 — March 17, 2011

Robinson, Trevor Vance

Trevor was born on March 13, 1992 in Tucson, Arizona. He died much too young, on March 17, 2011 at Unity Hospital in Fridley, Minnesota. A former student at Blaine High School and Spring Lake Park High School, Trevor attended Anoka-Ramsey Community College and worked part-time at Aveda Corporation in Blaine, Minnesota.

Adored and loved by so many people, Trevor had a caring and loving spirit. His infectious smile and positive attitude brightened the lives of all who were fortunate enough to spend time with him. He was so kind, so sweet. Trevor always focused on the beauty in others and appreciated the value that each person brought to his life. If he was your friend or loved one, you knew that he was always on your side and would quickly highlight your many positive attributes if anyone tried to cut you down.

Trevor was always so much more than meets the eye and certainly more than the circumstances surrounding his tragic death. He was a cherished father, son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend. Although Trevora(TM)s external look changed over the years, his internal quest was always in search of joy, happiness, acceptance, love and laughter. He would have hated the sadness and pain he has left behind a" we can visualize him bouncing around from person to person, trying to cheer everyone up with his hugs and antics. Please do not allow Trevora(TM)s death to be in vain: protect and love yourself; protect, support, comfort, enjoy and love each other; focus on your positive goals and your healthy future; and appreciate your blessings every day!

A respectful, loving, celebration of Trevora(TM)s life will be held at North Heights Lutheran Church in Arden Hills, Minnesota on Thursday, March 24, 2011. Visitation will start at 2:00 p.m., the funeral service at 3:00 p.m. and a short reception will follow at the church. North Heights is located at 1700 West Highway 96 in Arden Hills (enter the building at entrance A- please see the churcha(TM)s website @ www.nhlc.org if you need more information). In lieu of flowers, memorials to Trevora(TM)s family are preferred.

Everyone is welcome to attend the visitation and funeral. Please honor Trevor's memory by attending this service sober and with peace in your heart. Peacemaker Trevor would want that and he did not like drama.

Trevor is survived by many relatives including his mother, Jill Robinson of St. Paul, Minnesota; brothers, John (Cody) Robinson of Spring Lake Park, Minnesota and Trenton Skalicky of Albany, Minnesota; son, Bentley and his mother, Alyssa DuCharme of Blaine, Minnesota; grandfather, Gerald Robinson of Osakis, Minnesota; aunts, Pamela Thein (John) of Roseville, Minnesota, Joni Perushek (Victor) of Osakis, Minnesota and Wendy Hatchner (Philip) of Circle Pines, Minnesota; uncle, Lynn Robinson (Kathleen) of Hanover, Minnesota; and cousins Erica Thein (Joshua Johnson) and their daughter Clara Rose, John (Joey) Thein III, Peter Thein, Casey Perushek, Philip Hatchner (Amy), Rachel Robinson and Joshua Robinson. Trevor was predeceased by his grandmother, Delores Robinson, who is welcoming Trevor to his new adventures in our Lorda(TM)s paradise.

To attempt to list all of Trevora(TM)s friends, loved ones and thoughtful and dedicated educators is impossible, but the family would like to acknowledge and thank all of you who truly cared about Trevor and his future. You know who you are and you know that Trevor loved and appreciated you and the kindnesses you showed him . . . and we do, too!
