Thomas Chelberg

Thomas Delford Chelberg, 77, lost his fight with cancer on October 4th, 2020.

He was born to Roger and Inez on August 15th, 1943.

He married Elizabeth "Betty" in 1963 and they lived together in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. Together they raised 5 children.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roger and Inez; his wife, Betty; and his siblings, Dennis and JoAnn. He is survived by his children, Kathy (Mark), Heidi, JoAnn (Allan), LuAnn (Cody), and David; grandchildren, Missy (Greg), Tina (Jon), Bobby, Jess (Justin), Rachelle, Joey, Jonah, Katie, and Michaela; great-grandchildren, Shana, Lily, Jackson, Olivia, Sydney, Addison, Alexis, Aedan, and one more on the way.

Tom worked at Morton Salt for 20 years, and retired as a Courier in 2016. His favorite pastimes were Camping, Watching Old Westerns, and Bar Bingo, especially with his wife Betty.

Private memorial planned for immediate family.
