Thomas William Castle, 64, passed away at his home in Fridley, Minnesota on September 10th, 2016 after a nearly one-year battle with cancer.
Tom was born on October 28th, 1951 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He graduated from Hopkins High School in 1969 and then attended Mankato State University and Brown Institute, after which he began a career in broadcasting at KMOT in Minot, North Dakota. His second career was with Castle Custom Consultants, an apartment complex management firm that he founded with his father in the 1980s and owned for nearly 30 years. Tom's hobbies included fishing, hunting and drag racing, and he was a big Minnesota Vikings fan.
Tom was preceded in death by his father Robert (Bob) Castle. He is lovingly remembered by Joanne Campos, Jeanne Castle (mother), Trevor (son) and Lindsey Castle, Jamison and Vance Castle (grandsons), and Laura (sister) and Tim Bahr and their family.
An open house visitation will be held from 10am-12pm on Sunday, October 2nd at Miller Funeral Home in Fridley, Minnesota.
