Sandra Peters

Peters, Sandra, age 68 of Fridley, Minnesota. Passed away peacefully on the morning of Sunday, April 18, 2021. Sandy suffered a major stroke back in 2013 and has battled on going health issues since. We are at peace knowing she is no longer in pain and she is with our Lord Jesus Christ in Heaven.

Sandy was preceded in death by her mother, Annaliese Larsen; father, Charles Osborn; step-father, Ray Larsen; and distant relatives in Germany.

She is survived by her husband of almost 50 years, Marvin Peters; children, Ray Peters, Jason Peters, Liese (Derek) Plahn and Heidi Peters; and grandchildren, Emily Peters, Anna Peters, Connor Peters and Caylee Peters.

Marvin and Sandy met in high school and were married in 1971 when Marvin returned from boot camp in the Air Force. They moved to Las Vegas for 3 years before returning to Minnesota and settling in Fridley, where they raised their family and have lived ever since.

Sandy loved gardening, birdwatching, baking and most of all, her family. She will be greatly missed by all.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 11AM with visitation one hour prior at Faith Evangelical Free Church, 4505 Halifax Ave N, Robbinsdale. Interment in Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis.
