Porter, Ruth E., age 97 of Spring Lake Park, passed away Aug 16, 2016. Survived by children, Tom (Karen) Porter, Dan Porter and Sandy (Charlie) Noyes; several grand children and great grand children; and sister, Lois. Private interment at Fort Snelling.
