Ruby Koenen of Fridley Mn. Passed away peacefully, Tuesday November 11, 2014
Services will be Friday November 14, at 11:00 am with visitation starting at 10:00 am at
Redeemer Lutheran Church in Fridley. Burial at Hillside Cemetery to follow.
Born May 23, 1923 one of 8 children by Anton and Christina Klosterboer. She attended Canby High School then attended business school in Minneapolis. She worked at General Mills and The Twin City Arsenal prior to her marriage to Clarence Koenen on Nov. 3, 1956. She enjoyed providing Meals on Wheels for Redeemer, attending Circle, Volunteering at other church events, and babysitting her grandchildren.
Proceeded in death by Husband: Clarence Koenen.
Survivors include her Four Daughters; Debra Koenen, Dtr. Pamela Jorgensen and Husband Larry. Their Children, Michael and Dtr. In law Kristy, Amy and Mitchell. Dtr. Marcia Mueller and Husband Donald Their Children Amanda and Son in Law David Peters, Melissa, Jonathan and Nicolas. Dtr. Lisa Collins and Husband Dean. Their children Crystal and Ashley. Six Grandchildren.
Her Sister Alice Perkins and Husband Don of Dawson Minnesota.
