Richard Bernard

Richard Bernard, age 71, passed away on July 16, 2021 at his home in Fridley, MN.

Richard is survived by his loving wife, Beckie Smith, his daughters Tonia Houghton and Charlene Bernard and stepchildren Nicholas Rogers, Ryan Rogers, Heather Siebenaler and brother Scott Bernard.

He was preceded in death by his father Walter Bernard and mother Regina Bernard.

Richard was a veteran of the Vietnam War - he worked for over 25 years in Las Vegas at the casinos working as a Security Guard and the stories he would tell were amazing! He will truly be missed by family and close friends

Richard was a private person who did not wish to have any services - donations in his memory can be made to the Minnesota Humane Society -as he wanted every dog to get a second chance at finding a loving home.
