HAWKINSON, Rev. James R., age 80 of White Bear Lake. Former Executive Secretary of Covenant Publications, Evangelical Covenant Church, and current visitation pastor at Salem Covenant Church. Preceded in death by parents, Eric & Lydia Hawkinson; brother, Zenos and wife, Barbara. Survived by loving wife of 57 years, Alyce; daughters, Mary (Bob) Manning; Judy (Bob) Stromberg; sons, Eric (Patty); Paul (Kristin) & Rev. Peter (Bonnie) Hawkinson. Also 16 grandchildren & 7 great grandchildren. Funeral service Monday 1:30 PM at Salem Covenant Church, Silver Lake Rd. & 5th St. NW, New Brighton. Visitation Sunday 2-6 PM also at the church.
