Remington Gideon-Mervin Rohrer
Born on 5/9/2017 at 27 weeks gestation weighing only 13.4 oz. Remington's family was blessed for eight days with him here on earth before he passed into the loving arms of Jesus on 5/17/2017. Remington experienced hand hugging with his mother and being told "I love you" an uncountable number of times. Although he passed in the arms of his mother while being held for the very first time, we know we will hold him again in Heaven one day.
Remington is the son of Mathew Rohrer and Jean Jakubik of St. Francis. He is survived by his four siblings; Braylon and Harper of St. Francis and Caleb and Mackenzie of Ramsey, maternal grandparents; Jody Jakubik of Coon Rapids and Michael Jakubik of Fridley, great-grandparents Donald Berndt of Waite Park and Doreen Axell of Moundsview, paternal grandparents; Jeri-Lynn Essig of Anoka and Boyd (Deb) Rohrer of Crystal, great-grandparents; Janice Trettin of Anoka.
A Memorial service will be held Thursday May 25th, 2017 at 11:00 am. Visitation an hour prior to service at Miller Funeral Home 6210 Hwy 65 NE, Fridley MN 55432 with a luncheon immediately following.
