East Bethel, MN-On Monday, June 26, 2023, Peggy Eldora Denardo 78, was promoted to heaven with her loving daughters and husband Tim providing love and comfort. She loved her family abundantly living as an ambassador for our Lord. She enjoyed many hobbies, such as crocheting with her beloved cats Taffy and Gidget (of 19 years) on her lap and feet. Jewelry making, candle making, Plaster of Paris molding, professional seamstress and making most of her daughter’s custom clothes. Photography was a big part of her hobbies. She even took a photography class where us daughters were a big part of her subjects. She enjoyed traveling with Tim as well growing and tending to her Orchids and the landscape of their home which also became a great medium for her photography. She had an amazing ability to grow plants and flowers. Her love of the outdoors lead passion of working on their well-manicured yard where people thought professional landscapers worked for them. Always having beautiful foliage around her, including many types of Orchids she and Tim tended to. She loved birds and wildlife so Tim kept all bird and squirrel feeders full at all times so they could enjoy watching the many varieties that frequent the patio and yard, including deer, wild turkeys, fat bunnies, and squirrels, together. She also loved to cook and the family all agree she made the best fried chicken, potato salad, mashed potatoes, Philadelphia cream cheese cherry pie and oh my goodness, apple pie! Going to a farmers market and putting up fresh food was something she enjoyed too.
She and Tim loved traveling together to Germany, Holland, Belgium and many states.
She loved Jesus without doubt, living life to the fullest as ambassador for our Lord and savior. She clung to His love and Promise of life everlasting in His presence in heaven to get through her last 3 years of ill health and pain. Our spirits are lifted knowing she is whole, without pain in Gods Kingdom.
She’s survived by her husband Tim Denardo. His sister Karen (Bret), his brother Dan (Kay), cousin Al (Mary-Beth). Daughters Christine Murphy (David), Volarie-Ann Nichols (Jim), Sheila Dorn (Jon). Grandchildren Dustin and Shane Murphy (Kelli), Kenny Dixon (fiancé Michaela), Brandon Johnson (Michelle, with 2 great-grandsons), Great granddaughter Karter Murphy. Brother, Bob York. Niece Jeanette Delia. She was preceded in death by parents, brothers, sister and grandson.
She was our best friend, and the best mother any child a child could dream of having. Making hundreds of water balloons for water balloon fights at our fort, play jacks on the kitchen floor or dodgeball and the end of our street and fishing.
