Patricia Peterson

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Patricia Louise Peterson (Gardner), 81, of Isanti, at St. Joseph Hospital on December 16, 2015. After her heart surgery 2 years ago, her courage, determination, and love of life has been nothing short of amazing. We are in awe of her, she was tough as nails, faithful, forgiving, and loving. Patricia has left a mark that time and those who knew her won't soon forget. She is preceded in death by Joseph Mikre and Donald Radke. Loved and survived by her husband Paul Peterson; Paul's children, Lori, Mark, and Jim; Pat's children, Dana (Dave) Staubus, Don Mikre, Linda (Jeff) LaNasa, Greg Mikre, Joe (Nancy) Mikre, Julie Gores; 17 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. There will be a Visitation/Service and a Celebration of Life in late January to be announced. In lieu of flowers, donations to "Bethesda Hospital Art Program" or "HealthEast Foundation for the Benefit of Cognitive Behavioral Program at Bethesda Hospital" would be appreciated…and afterwards everything was beautiful and nothing hurt.
