Mary Ellen, age 79, of Spring Lake Park, passed away on October 16, 2024. She is preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Martha Rustad; sister, Doris Borth; nephew, Christopher Borth and grandson, Owen Hammerud. She will be deeply missed by her husband of 57 years, Leonard "Lenny"; children, Patrick (Victoria), Eric (Rachael), Sara Johnson (Christopher); granddaughters, Ella, Linnea; nephew, Mike Borth; niece, Lisa Danielson; many relatives and good friends. Visitation at the funeral home 1 hour before service. Celebration of Life 1pm Wednesday, October 23rd at Miller Funeral Home, 6210 Hwy 65 NE, Fridley. In lieu of flowers, family will accept memorial for the American Cancer Society.
