Marilyn Benolkin

Marilyn Ruth Louise Benolkin, 79, of Cape Coral, formerly of Mounds View passed away November 5, 2013 while vacationing out of the country. She was born in Minneapolis, MN in 1934 to Eugene and Helen Lofgren. Marilyn lived in Moundsview, MN for many years before moving to Cape Coral. Her family members include her five children; Barbara (James) Spannbauer of Cape Coral, Steven (Kari) Benolkin of Isanti, MN, James Jr. (Jaqueline) Benolkin of Andover, MN, Thomas (Roxanne) Benolkin of St. Anthony, MN, Patricia Schafer and husband Jeff Halsten of Cape Coral, fifteen grandchildren, six great grandchildren. Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years James William Sr. and her daughter Sharon Jean Williamson. A memorial service will be celebrated 7:00 PM Thursday November 21, 2013 at the Fuller Metz Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM the same evening.
