She is preceded in death by husband, William Perkins and son, Shawn; survived by son, Jim (Arlene) Perkins; daughter, Nancy (George) Espe; grandchildren, Dean & Robert Parchem, David Perkins, Dawn Vacula, Adriana and Michell Perkins; great grandmother of 5.
