Lillian Tiegs

Lillian Tiegs, age 97 of Columbia Heights, passed away on November 14, 2014 at home, surrounded by her family. She is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Cora (Sherwood) Dietl; first husband of 29 years, Joseph Haste and second husband of 27 years, Walter Tiegs; daughter, Evelyn Nygaard; brothers, Robert Dietl and Frank Dietl.
Survived by her daughter, Jaclynn Conley; grandchildren, Candyce (Clifford) Taylor, Tim (Elaine) Nygaard, Todd Nygaard, Penny (Jeffrey) Lund, Michael Forland and Gina (Scott) Schlosser; 15 great grandchildren; 12 great great grandchildren; Sister, Connie (Robert) Smith; several nieces and nephews; extended family, Connie (Scott) Gamble, Marylee (Paul) Blom, Jan Jensen and John Jamnick; and other loving relatives and friends.
Celebration of life on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at Miller Funeral Home in Fridley, with a visitation one hour prior.
In lieu of flowers, memorial preferred to MN Adult and Teen Challenge.
