Leonard Nyholm

1937 - 2023

Len was born to Clarence and Ruth Nyholm on 2/20/37 in South Minneapolis, Minnesota. He graduated from Dunwoody Institute in 1956 and worked at several Honeywell plants around the Twin Cities for 42 years. He worked mainly in Aeronautics, including work on the space shuttle mockup. On 4/6/23, Len went into the loving arms of Jesus. Survived by his loving wife Karen (married 62 years), sister Dorothy Murray, daughter Kari Murlowski, and sons Peter (Dana) Nyholm and Paul (Lori) Nyholm, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A private interment will take place at Lakewood Cemetery and a Celebration of Life service will be held at Grace Free Evangelical Church, Fridley, MN on Sunday, May 7th at 2pm with a visitation at 1pm. Memorials preferred to Grace EFC Missions Fund or Union Gospel in St Paul.
