Leona Hanson

Age 94 of Mounds View, formerly of Correll, MN . Passed away peacefully on August 27, 2011. Preceded in death by her husband Glenn and sons Myron & Kevin. Survived by son Jerome (Fiancé' Mary) of Ramsey; daughter Glenda (Mark) Mattonen of Hudson; grandchildren Erik, Kara, Elizabeth, Heidi (Jon) Yager, Christopher, Rachel (Cody) Walth, Daniel (Kate); great grandchildren Camryn Walth & Katrina Yager; daughter-in-law JoAnn. Funeral service 11 AM Wednesday at Messiah Lutheran Church, 2848 County Road H2, Mounds View. Visitation from 4 to 7 PM Tuesday in the Miller Funeral Home, 6210 Hwy 65 NE, Fridley & 1 hour prior to the service at church. Interment Morningside Memorial Gardens, Coon Rapids. Memorials preferred to the Messiah Lutheran Church Bell Fund.
