Laurie Southerton

Laurie Thrun Southerton (51) of Kerrick, MN passed from this earth on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 after fighting a difficult battle with cancer. She was truly a special woman and her passion for life and those in it knew no boundaries. She shined a light on all the lives that she touched and she will forever be in our hearts as the ring-leader of fun and love. She taught us all how to enjoy every day and to make it count. She is survived by her amazing husband Jeff, boys Nic (Sarah), Cole (Abby) and Cory (Brooke) Southerton, her parents Clarence and Charlotte Thrun, siblings, and a huge family of friends. A memorial service for Laurie will be held on Thursday, October 27 at 1:00 p.m. with a visitation one hour prior at the Miller Funeral Home, 6210 Hwy. 65 NE, Fridley. Reception following
