Sandberg, Joyce I. (Isaacson)

Age 88 of Fridley, went to be with the Lord on July 29 surrounded by her family.  Joyce changed many lives by spreading the word of God through prison Ministries and through spreading the Gospel around the world.  She loved fishing, golfing, ceramic painting, and was a long-time member at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Fridley.  Joyce is Preceded in death by parents, Carl and Irene; infant son, Jeffery; and sister, Pat Isaacson.  She is survived by husband of 67 years, Daryl; children, Greg, Cindy (Steve) Timo, and Brad (Michelle); grandchildren, Stefanie (Anthony Merwin) Timo, Christopher, Justen (Leezza); great-grandchildren, Amelia, Tyler, Abby, Nolan, and Olivia; sister, Shirley; adoptive son, Alex Valsquez; and many other family and friends.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 4 from 5:00 until 8:00 PM at Miller Funeral Home, 6210 highway 65 NE, Fridley MN 55432.  Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, August 5 at 1:00 PM at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 61 Mississippi St NE, Fridley, MN 55432
