Joseph Jasper Miller, Jr.

Born August 18, 1966, passed away June 8, 2020.

Preceded in death by his parents Joseph J Miller, Sr., Mary G Miller (Heman); sister Pamela Eaton; brother-in-law Wayne Seymour, and two nephews.

Survived by wife Lori D Miller, sister Patty Seymour (Wayne); Joleen Remington; brothers Michael Miller (Wendy); Robert Miller; 14 nephews and 4 nieces.

Joe’s most important things in life to him were his wife, family, Windsor (his dog), Bacardi (his cat), being a Marine, and his truck, which he was constantly detailing.  One of his favorite activities was going to the camper.  Many great memories and friendships were developed there and he even earned the nickname “Mongo.”  He also loved to bargain shop.  He was also so proud to tell you when and how great of a deal he found.  When he wasn’t shopping, he was in the garage with Windsor with one fan blowing on him and one fan on Windsor.

Joe was the type of man who was passionate about his family and friends.  He always had your back, ready to defend you.  Once a Marine, always a Marine.

Visitation will be held at Miller Funeral Home- 6210 Highway 64 NE; Fridley, MN  55432 at 1:00 pm and service at 2:00 pm.
