Joseph Bellanger

Joseph Allan Bellanger, age 75, of Blaine, passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2017.

Joe was in the military stationed in Bad Kissingen, Germany from 1960-1963. He majored in history at Bemidji State University.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Aloyious and Isabelle (Shaugabay) Bellanger; siblings, Barbara Mae Hauck (Olson), Servallus(Sonny) John Bellanger, Robert Clyde Blue, Robert James Bellanger, and Francis Wayne Bellanger.

Joe is survived by his wife of 44 years, Lucy; children, Jason (Aleah), of Blaine and Christine Mazhar, of Blaine; grandchildren, Scott, Annika, Logan, Addison and Nevara; siblings, Ruby Buehner, of Naytahwaush, MN, Patricia (Patsy) Olson, of Mahnomen, MN, Ruth(Cheech) Danielowski, of St. Louis Park, MN, Florence Howell, of Coon Rapids, MN, Kathleen O'Connell, of Brooklyn Park, MN, Vernon Bellanger, of Minneapolis, MN, and Lorna Reinhart, of Perley, MN.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 11 AM, with a visitation one hour prior. Interment will take place following the service at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
