Jordis Mittelstadt

Jordis Ann Mittelstadt (Steenson) 87, of Fridley, passed away on August 1, 2017. Preceded in death by husband Donald and infant son. She is survived by her son John (Sylvia), daughters Dayle and Dana (Peter), 6 beloved grandchildren and 4 cherished great-grandchildren. Jordis was an active member of the Republican party, Women’s Club, League of Women Voters, Aquatennial Committee, and Fridley Dancers. She volunteered for Meals on Wheels and served as a head election judge for many years. She was an avid bridge player, estate sale aficionado and passionate recycler. Funeral service Monday 10 AM with a visitation beginning at 9:30 AM at St. Philips Lutheran Church, 6180 Hwy. 65 NE., Fridley. Interment Sunset Memorial Park. Memorials preferred to the church.
