John Roy Wiggins

John Roy Wiggins, age 78, of Mounds View-MN and formerly of Manly-IA, passed away at home on Wednesday, December 4, 2024. He was born to Merton and Patricia Wiggins on November 26, 1946 in Mason City, IA.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Merton and Patricia, loving wife Ann Wiggins and infant son, Everett. He will be deeply missed by his children, Ellen (Sean), Eric (Jena), Ethan (Cassandra), Emily, Edith; grandchildren, Autumn, Justin (Gwen), Nathanael, Reesa, Keegan, Kendall, Sam; sisters, Mary (Gary) and Susan (Kevin); sister-in-laws Mary Beth and Joyce; and other family and friends.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 10 at Miller Funeral Home, 6210 HWY 65 NE – Fridley, MN from 5-8:00pm with a Time of Remembrance at 7:00pm.

A Mass will follow on Wednesday, December 11 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 835 2nd Avenue – New Brighton, MN at 11:00 am with a visitation one hour prior. A private Interment will occur at a later date.

The family kindly asks that, in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association or American Lung Association. However, for those who wish to send flowers, arrangements may be sent to Miller Funeral Home.
