John Norton, Sr.

John Clayton Norton was born July 18, 1944 in Superior Wisconsin.  He was the son of Charles and Julia Norton.  He grew up in Barnes, Wisconsin and attended school in Drummond, Wisconsin.  John worked as an electrician at Munsingwear in Minneapolis, Mn and later operated a vacuum cleaner sales and service business in Brooklyn Center, and also worked at Moonraker Apartments in Brooklyn Park.

John died July 3, 2019 in Champlin, Mn.  He is survived by two children, John Norton and Sheila Mennis,  one granddaughter, sisters Helen Stange and Florence Prickett and numerous nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and five sisters.  A private internment will be held at a subsequent date.
