Jill Gustafson

July 10, 1946 — December 4, 2015

Gustafson, Jill Kay, age 69, of East Bethel, passed away peacefully on December 4th, 2015. Proceeded in death by her parents Glenn and Julia, sisters Janie Champion, Judy Cooper, Jan Hinds, Jean Peterson and niece Angela Isaacson. She is survived by her husband of 42 years Thomas, children Claudia Borman (Brian) and Daniel (Angela), grandchildren Annika and Henrik Gustafson, brother Gary (Carol) Isaacson and many other relatives and friends.

Jill was born on July 10, 1946 in Duluth, and grew up in Alexandria, Minnesota. In her twenties she moved to the Twin Cities where eventually she married Tom (on April 28, 1973). They settled first in St. Francis and then moved to East Bethel. When Tom started his own business, Jill became his office manager and partner and helped run the businesses.

She loved spending time with her family, especially her two grandchildren. She was involved in the community for many years helping, especially with the local youth soccer and hockey associations. Besides her family, her main love and passion was horses. She had many horses over the years and loved trail riding and camping with Tom and friends in various state parks.

She was a wonderful mother and grandmother, who would do anything she could to help others, she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Funeral service Friday, Dec. 11th, at 11 AM at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 19921 Nightingale St NW, Oak Grove, with visitation 1 hour prior.
