Age 31, of Coon Rapids. Passed away suddenly on June 3. Jesse was a compassionate, sensitive man. He loved hard and deeply. When there was a problem at work or home, he would either fix the problem or try and try. He adored his daughter, She meant more than anything else in this world. If he noticed people were uncomfortable or ill at ease, he would do what he could to make that person feel comfortable. He was the type that when you first met him and talked for a while, you knew he was amazing. He talked with emotion in his eyes. He had a wisdom that was beyond his years. He ALWAYS was watching out for his mother, he cared about his parents being proud of him. Any body was proud to call him friend, and always a good friend he was!!! He loved camping, the outdoors and a good fire, he enjoyed paintball, snowmobiling and snowboarding was a great way to spend a winter day,. if he was not ice fishing. Boating was great and catching fish was a bonus. Jesse was always wearing a baseball cap. He would be quirky at times and always tried to turn your frown upside down. Jesse liked to pick on people in good humor and jest. His daughters homework was a STRICT policy of his and he often would be seen drilling her on her spelling words. He had a caring strictness. Light snack one hour before bed and no pop after 7:00 pm. Answer when your spoken to and never ever lie. He respected his daughter and she respected him. He would smile and be good natured the majority of the time. A steak on the grill and a barbecue with friends was one of his favorite pass times. He was not perfect and he would be the first to say so. He was also very stubborn. He enjoyed alternative music. he loved to cook and would sometimes have a job doing such, he also worked alot of construction. He would give the shirt off his back and literally did so just because a person less fortunate than him liked his shirt. As a child and adult his favorite vacations were Duluth and Mille Lacs lake and camping. He liked to play Texas Holdem. He was always helping his daughter and nephews practice their baseball and soccer. He was an assistant coach for his daughters soccer team and was looking forward to doing that again. His favorite shows were Merlin and Game of Thrones, also Fringe , Bones and Burn Notice. Jesse was preceded in death by his sister Renae. He is lovingly survived by daughter Alexandra; parents Lennart & Deb; sister Michelle; nephews, other relatives & friends. There was a lot to my Jesse, he was not your ordinary, everyday kind of person and all week people have been telling his family and sharing stories of how unique and special he was. He was even more wonderful than they imagined. He never felt the need to brag about the good things he would do. The world lost one of the great ones!!!!!
