Collins, Jennifer Jean age 34 of Fridley peacefully went home to Heaven on December 27th. As Jennifer would always say, “I am Fine!”, “Whatever!” oh, how she is absolutely fine in God’s arms. What a ‘welcome home’ celebration she must have been greeted with. Though we suffer immense sorrow every second, with God’s grace and mercy, we know the party has started in Heaven. The music plays, the dancing begins and the popcorn is popping!
There are not enough words to describe our sweet Jennifer. She loved watching movies with a bowl of popcorn. She loved listening to music with her headphones blaring. She enjoyed doing many art projects. She loved having her cell phone in hand talking to her boyfriend. A lot of the time, she would be doing this all simultaneously; that was our Jennifer. If she could’ve picked a home meal every day it would’ve always been rice, soft tortillas, popcorn and Diet Coke. If she was out to eat, it was McDonald’s or Subway.
Out of the countless people that have been privileged to have been graced by Jennifer, she has left an everlasting imprint of love, laughter, kindness, selflessness, freedom, strength, empowerment and humanity. Jennifer would also consider all the countless people that have come her way an everlasting blessing to her. She lived her life simply yet powerfully.
Jennifer is preceded in death by her mother, Carrie Kirberger, grandfather, Thomas Collins and grandparents, Bill and Bernice Kirberger. Jennifer survived by father, Stephen Collins; brother, Bryan Collins; brother, Stephen Collins; sister, Lisa Collins; brother, Mark Collins; grandmother, Yvonne Collins and a tremendous amount of family and friends.
