Mansk, Jean Ann
Jean Ann Mansk went home to be with Jesus on Dec. 27, 2021. She was born Nov. 4, 1928 in
Aberdeen SD, daughter of the late Clifford and Jeanette Cook. Her first husband, Virgil Nentl
and brother, William Cook preceded her in death.
On Nov. 23, 1954 Jean married Robert H. Mansk, “Bob.” He preceded her in death earlier this year. Bob and Jean were blessed with 6 children: Linda Wenzel (deceased), Daniel (Ann), David (Julie), Mark (Jeanne), Kathy (Scott) Billehus, Sonny (Brian) Purdy; 14 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren that she dearly loved.
Jean graduated from St. Cloud State University in 1983 with a BA Degree in Special Education.
Jean loved the mountains and she and Bob enjoyed living in Idaho and Montana where she enjoyed teaching special needs children in various schools.
Jean was an excellent cook and enjoyed sewing and quilting. Her family and her faith in Jesus were very important to her.
Visitation will be at 10 am and funeral service at 11 am on Tuesday Jan. 4th at Miller Funeral Home, Fridley, MN. Rev. Gary Schultz, Wausau,WI will officiate. Burial will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
