In Loving Memory of Janice Blegen

With deep sorrow and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Janice Blegen, who left us on January 26, 2024. Born on December 24, 1939, Janice lived a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished music. Her departure has left a void in our lives that can never be filled.

Janice is proceeded in death by her beloved parents, Reinhold and Helen, her former spouse, Phillip, and her son Phillip. She is also proceeded in death by her brother, Quentin and her sisters, Gladys, Luella, and Wanda.

Janice is survived by her beloved daughter, Mari, and her loving son, John (Connie). She was also a proud grandmother to her grandchildren, Jon, Charles, Devin, Chandler, Delsin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and friends who meant so much to her.

Janice's departure marks the end of an era, but her memory will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. She will be remembered for her love to sing , her compassionate spirit, and her unwavering devotion to her family. As we mourn her loss, let us also celebrate the life she lived and the impact she made on each of us. Janice Blegen, you will forever be missed, but the memories we shared together will continue to bring us comfort. May you rest in eternal peace, knowing that your love will forever be etched in our hearts.  A celebration of Janice's life will be held on Friday February 2^nd, 2024, at Miller Funeral Home located at 6210 Hwy. 65 NE, Fridley, MN 55432. Although grief fills our hearts, we will gather together to honor her memory and share stories that light up the room, just as Janice always did. The service will be a reflection of the vibrant spirit that brought her so much joy throughout her life.
