James Sampson

James A. Sampson, age 90 of Fridley. Retired 34 year, decorated Captain of the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office. Proudly served his country in WWII in the US Navy. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 70 years, Beverly; sons, Douglas (Kristi), David (Shelly), Dan (Kim); 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; other family and friends. Visitation Thursday 5:30-7:30 at Miller Funeral Home 6210 Hwy 65 NE Fridley.
Mass of Christian Burial 11AM Friday, January 19, 2018, at St. Williams Catholic Church, 6120 5th St NE Fridley, with visitation 1 hour prior to mass at church. Interment will be at Hillside Cemetery.
