- Dad said, "Don't be sad"
- Life was one big adventure, that he created for his family, with his non-stop hard work, and loving wife of 55 years always by his side. He could build anything and do anything he put his mind to. Carpenter by trade, but also craftsman, mechanic, artist and comedian. He made our home an ever changing playground, with two story high swing set, tree house, spools, stilts, home made motor bikes, go carts, snow slides, water slides, huge inner tubes, ice rink, jungle gym, double teeter totter, giant Igloos, snowmen, and much more. His creative and adventurous spirit built an endless list of so many amazing things for countless people. He built several custom hot rods and motor cycles, enjoyed fishing, gardening, family vacations, barbequing and just hanging out in his yard with his family. He had an amazing mind. He never said bad things about anyone - ever. A man of little words, but big on fun, practical jokes, food fights, nerf guns, water fights, wrestling, and always filled with lots of laughter.
- He loved his family more than anything, especially his grand children, so he could do it all over again.
- Dad said, "Don't be sad"
- Remember all the fun, laughter, and adventure he brought us.
