James Kelly

James E. Kelly, age 96, passed away 9/25/22.

He is survived by daughter Kathy; son Tom (Joy); grandchildren Cheryl, Craig, Chris (Scott); great grandchildren Dylan, Cole, Faith; brother Russ (Hilda), cousins Rick (Barb), Doug (Joyce).

Jim was born, raised, and remained in Minnesota his entire life. He was a graduate of Edison High School (class of '44) in Minneapolis, MN. and spent his career as a dental technician, eventually as an owning partner of the Golden Valley Dental Studio. Jim's passions included flying single-engine aircraft planes and jazz music. But above any hobbies or vocation was his love and devotion to family. He was married to his wife Elaine for 53 years and was by her side to the very end of her life. He deeply loved his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren and will always be remembered for his smile, quick wit, and compassion.

Family and Friends Memorial Noon - 1pm, Friday October 21, 2022 at Miller Funeral Home. 6210 Hwy 65 NE Fridley.
A brief interment service will be held at Hillside Cemetery immediately following the memorial.
