Santine, Jacob Vincent
age 76 of Mounds View, Minnesota. Passed away peacefully on November 12, 2010 with his family by his side. Survived by wife, Barbara Santine; daughter, Shelley Santine; son-in-law, Scott Radke; sisters, Shirley, Martha and Amelia; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Born and raised in International Falls, Minnesota he served in the Army before moving to Saint Paul to attend Dunwoody College and pursue his career in electronics at Honeywell. Jacob (Jake) will be lovingly remembered as a beloved father and husband. He will also be remembered for his passionate and detailed storytelling, keen intellect and wit, his sense of humor and frankness. He always called it as he saw it. Jake loved telling stories, enjoyed painting in retirement, writing poetry and being published in the National Library of Congress, playing the stock market, walking in the neighborhood and his pets. Our grateful thanks to all our friends and family for your support and to all those who helped with his care in the past two months. We will cherish each precious memory we have of him and will miss him dearly. Private memorial service will be held for close friends and family, Tuesday, 11AM at Miller Funeral Home, 6210 HWY 65 NE, Fridley, MN, visitation one hour prior to service.
