Henry Cobb

Cobb, Henry Walter age 69, passed away on January 16, 2017 in Fridley, Minnesota. He was born in Chicago, Illinois to Square and Rosa Cobb on January 6, 1948 and was a long standing resident of the Twin Cities. Preceded in death by his sister, Jane; parents, Square and Rosa. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Ruth; two sons, Donnell and Henry Jr; three daughters, Shiretta, Michelle and Tamara; 7 grandchildren, Riciyas, Nia, Javaris, Ledarius, Elias, Kaleiyah and Symone; brother, Curtis. He served in the Army and was a veteran in the Vietnam War. He had a long career working at Consolidated Containers in Northeast Minneapolis. He enjoyed the treasure of being with his family, watching movies, eating good food and making everyone's day a little brighter with his presence. Henry was best known for his work ethics and being a family man. Many referred to him as "Big Man" but acknowledged his gentle heart.
