On Tuesday, June 20, 2017 Gerri Young passed away peacefully at her home in Fridley, MN after a year long battle with colon cancer.
Regardless of what Gerri was to you... wife, mom, grandma, friend, you will remember her for her patience, kindness, love for all, hilarious laugh, and optimism.
She will be missed by her husband: Jack Young, her four children and their spouses: Susan and Mark Kowalczyk, David and Tina Young, Jeff and Carey Young, Troy and Diane Young, and her 10 grandchildren: Michael Kowalczyk, Emily Kowalczyk, Taylor Young, Nathan Young, Austin Young, Bailey Young, Amber Zieroth, Christopher Young, Tyler Young, and Tony Young.
Heaven is lucky to have such a perfect angel!
Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, June 26 at 11AM with visitation one hour prior at the Church of Saint Williams, 6120 5th Street NE, Fridley.
