George Rothe

George E. Rothe, Jr., of Fridley, formerly of Duluth, Passed away on Feb. 10, 2018 at the age of 95 years.  Proudly served in the US Navy in WWII.  Preceded in death by his loving wife, Martha.  He is survived by special friend- “daughter”, Sandra (John) Towey; brother, Donald Rothe; nieces and nephews.  He will be deeply missed by those who loved him.  Funeral Service, 11 AM, Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Miller Funeral Home, 6210 Hwy 65 NE Fridley, with visitation starting at 10 AM.  Interment will be at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.  Memorials preferred to St. Therese Nursing Home, New Hope.
