Gary Ellestad

ELLESTAD, Gary Lee, age 70, of Blaine, 06-12-1949, born to John D. Ellestad, Sr and Mabel L. (Stavig) in Two Harbors and silently slipped into the arms of Jesus on 09-29-2019.  Member of the MN Patriot Guard.  Preceded in death by his older brother, John Jr. in August.  He will be deeply missed by the love of his life and wife of 40 years,  Susan M. (Hanson); their children, Charity Lee (Brad Anderson), Stacy J.E. Connolly (Jonathan), Adam Lee (Jessica); grandchildren, Jakob, Jaxson, Hunter, Brady, and Evelyn; siblings, Judy Ness (Don), Larry Joe (Judy), Randy (Deanna), Julie Hertig (Chris); sister in-law, Lori Ellestad; beloved dog Elvis; many relatives and good friends.  Visitation 4-7pm Friday, October 4 Miller Funeral Home, 6210 Hwy 65 NE, Fridley and at church Saturday one hour before service.  Celebration of Life 11am Saturday, October 5th at St. Philip Lutheran Church, 6180 Hwy 65 NE, Fridley (763-571-1500).  Private interment.  In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the family.   www.millerfuneralfridley.com
