Frank passed away early Monday, April 5, 2011 in his residence surrounded by his loving family. Funeral service will be 10 am Thursday in the Woodcrest Baptist Church, 6875 University Avenue NE, Fridley. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service at church. Interment in Fort Snellling National Cemetery, Minneapolis.
