Eric Lunde

Eric Michael Lunde, age 49, of Dinkytown MN, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on October 5th, 2017. Eric loved music, reading, cooking shows, and having good conversation over beers at the local watering hole. He’s survived and loved by many friends and family members including mom and stepdad Karleen & Tom Pease, siblings Greg (Connie) Lunde, Julia (Rolly) Reidhead, Cynthia (Rufus); nieces and nephews, LaShae, Shane, Jack and Tim; aunt and uncles Robert (Carolyn) Lunde, Steven Duncan, Ted Edstedt. Eric recently connected with his heritage and family members of the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe. He spent time at the Bii Di Gain Dash Anwebi Elder Housing helping out and working with the Elders. He was the griller for National Night Out and their Annual Elders Picnic. He is survived by siblings Diane Grooms, Grace Howard, Terri Allen, Kathy Napper, Laura Vizenor, Kevin Lange;Auntie Gladys Sandland; nephews, Logan, Joe (Marilyn), and Kevin. Also, many other loving aunts, uncles, step-siblings, cousins, extended family and friends. There will be a visitation and remembrance for Eric on Saturday, October 14, 2017, from 1-3 PM at Miller Funeral Home, 6210 Highway 65 NE, Fridley, MN 55432. In lieu of flowers or gifts, memorials are preferred to Courage Kenny Foundation, 3915 Golden Valley Rd., Minneapolis, MN 55422.
