Nita spent her life working for several nonprofit social service agencies in the Twins Cities area including PRISM in Robbinsdale and TRUST in South Minneapolis. In their spare time Nita and Jim loved to travel; mainly camping all over the United States when the kids were young, but traveling the world later on.  They visited all the continents except Antarctica. However nothing made her happier than “one last family vacation”, especially when they included the grandkids.

A celebration of life will be held 11 - 3, Monday, November 27th with a short service at noon,  followed by a light lunch at Silverwood Park Visitor Center, 2500 County Road E, St. Anthony. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the nonprofit social service or environmental agency of your choice.
