Eleanor Haugen

Haugen, Eleanor E., age 92 of Fridley, entered the Lord’s eternal rest on Monday, Sept. 11, 2017. Preceded in death by her husband, Merle. She will be deeply missed by her children, Connie (Roger) Aiken, David Haugen; granddaughter, Julie (Kenneth) Willey; nieces, nephews, other family, and many friends. Eleanor will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother and faithful member at St. Philip’s Lutheran. Her kindness was expressed in handiwork, baking, and serving at church. She was also an avid reader and Twins fan. Funeral Service 11AM Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at St. Philip’s Lutheran Church 6180 Hwy 65 NE, with visitation 1 hour prior to service. Prayer Service 11AM Thursday, September 14, 2017 at Trinity Lutheran Church 1104 Roberts Ave NE, Cooperstown. Interment will take place at Cooperstown Cemetery, with reception to follow at Union Lutheran Church, Hannaford, North Dakota.
