Holland, Edward J. age 87, of Fridley, passed away peacefully at his home on June 17, 2010. WWII Army Veteran, P.O.W. Retired from Mpls Star Tribune. Preceded in death by wife, Janet. Survived by children, Paul (Jeanne), Russell (Jill), Rose Ann Pohl, Dale (Debbie), Karen Holland; 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brother, Jack (Carla); other relatives and friends. Memorial service Monday, June 28, 2010 at 11:00 AM, with visitation one hour prior at Miller Funeral Home, 6210 Hwy. 65 NE, Fridley. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Luncheon to follow interment at the Fridley VFW, 1040 Osborne Road NE, Fridley.
