Doris Gustafson

Gustafson, Doris G. age 86, of New Brighton, passed away on January 5, 2015, surrounded by family. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Willard A. Gustafson; three older sisters, Wilma, Dorothy "Dot", and Millie. Doris was born in Cloquet, MN, but spent her adult life in St. Paul and Mounds View / New Brighton. She is survived by sons, Gordy (Louise), and Tom (Jill); grandchildren, Claudia, Keith (Jennifer), Chad, and Dan (Angela); great-grandchildren, Cosette, Annika, and Henrik; nieces, nephews, and many friends. She enjoyed camping when her family was young, helping and caring for others in need, knitting, crocheting, baking, and walking, walking, and walking. She was a great wife, mom, grandma, and great-grandma. She will be sadly and deeply missed by family and friends. Rest in peace. Memorial service Tuesday, 11 AM with visitation one hour prior at Miller Funeral Home, 6210 Hwy 65 NE, Fridley, 763-571-1300. Interment Ft. Snelling national cemetery.
