STRAND, DOLORES THERESA (PUENTE) Age 93. Loving, active and always cheerful. Born in Ironwood, MI (Yooper) and longtime resident of Columbia Hts. Passed suddenly on March 3, 2025 to enter Heaven. Preceded by her husband, Wallace. Survived by all her children, Lance, Steven, Kevin (Denise) and Diane as well as her precious 10 grandchildren (their spouses) and 3 great-grandchildren, brother, Fernando (Barbara), sister-in-law, Jean, nieces, nephews and cousins. Lifetime of local as well as international community service, as founding member of Col Hts SisterCitiesInternational (CHSCI) connection with Lomianki, Poland, now in its 34th yr. Life celebration on March 13 at Immaculate Conception Church, 4030 Jackson St NE. Visitation 10-11 with Mass at 11 followed by light luncheon. Interment at 2 at Ft. Snelling National Cemetary to rejoin her wonderful husband. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to IC church or CHSCI.
