Dennis Charles Daly

Dennis grew up in Chicago and attended Quigley Preparatory Seminary before moving to Winona, MN to attend St. Mary’s College. Where he met the love of his life.
Dennis went on to University of Detroit to complete his Master’s degree in Accounting, while Sheila finished her degree in Economics at The College of St. Teresa in Winona. Then moved to Detroit to be with Dennis where they were married in 1961. While in Detroit they had their first daughter, Margaret. They returned to Winona where Dennis started to teach at St. Mary’s College. They continued to expand their family with the births of Dennis and Suzanne.
Nothing was more important than being a family and enjoying the simple things in life. Dennis will be best remembered for the opportunity to be a kid again through his children and grandchildren. His other loves were teaching, bowling and his love for his wife. No one will ever forget his quirky sense of humor.
