Charlotte B. Hartley, age 98 of Fridley, passed away peacefully May 28, 2015. 1st grade teacher in Fridley for many years. Preceded in death by husband, Raymond. Survived by children, Phil (Helen) Hartley, Connie (David) Froehle and Diane (William) Merritt; 12 grand children; 26 great grand children. Mass of Christian Burial 11AM Tues, June 2 at the Church of Saint William, 6120 5th St NE, Fridley with a visitation one hour prior.
