Charles Lindsay

Lindsay, Charles Robert age 84 of Fridley, MN, passed away at home on 1/14/18.  Retired Registered Pharmacist of 40 years, Captain US Army Medical Corp.  Survived by wife of 63 years, Maizie; children, Suzette, Valeree (Tom), Tyrone (Kristy), and Troy; 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.  Preceded in death by his parents, Eugene C. and Marie F. Lindsay; son, Thor and daughter, Debra; grandparents; many aunts, uncles and cousins.  Charles was born in Pasadena, Calf. And grew up in Minneapolis, MN, graduated from West High School.  He enlisted in the United States Army served his county, was a reservist and honorably retired as Captain.  He was a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Pharmacy.  He married Maizie in 1955, they purchased a home in 1959 in Fridley, MN where he resided till his death.  They had six children whom were raised there, along with the menagerie of beloved pets.  Charles will be greatly missed by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends.  Service at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Friday, March 30, at 1 PM with full honors.  Meet at Assembly Lane 2 no later than 12:30 PM.
